I love gadgets, especially computers. I have a bunch of PCs at home, ranging from an old Commodore PC-10 (XT) to my snazzy little Sony Laptop. Won't go into detail about the older computers (also have a 286 and a 386 in pieces somewhere).
Eclipse
Eclipse is my Linux server, it's where all the important stuff goes on in my network. It provides IP Masq, DNS, DHCP, and Samba services for the rest of my computers (on a 100mbps network). I also use it for web development, so it's loaded up with goodies like Apache, PHP, MySQL, CVS, etc. This puppy has been up 119 days (as of this writing) and is still going strong, the last time I rebooted it was to install a UPS.
Boxter
Boxter is the latest addition to my collection of computers. It's a Sony VAIO Z505HE and it is really cool. It looks great, runs quick (for a laptop) and did I mention it looks great? It's feels heavier than it is (3.75 pounds according to them) but it's really small and it really looks great! It's got pretty much everything I need on it including built-in fast-ethernet (doesn't even need a dongle). The display is a bit small at 12" but it's bright and crisp. My only complaints is the lack of a CDROM, short battery life, and no PS/2 support. Sony bundled in a USB floppy drive instead of a CDROM (which would have been much more useful). Also, there is no PS/2 anywhere on this thing, even with the port expander so I had to get a USB keyboard and mouse.
While this really isn't built like a desktop replacement, it pretty much does everything I need it to do. I've got all my web development stuff on here so I can demo stuff while I'm on the road (I have PHP, MySQL, ColdFusion, and SQL Server running happily on here). It also handles the games I throw at it, so I'm a happy camper.

Integra used to be my desktop PC, but I gave it to my sister after I got my laptop. It's a pretty good performer, especially since it's loaded up with lots of RAM (well, lots is a relative term). It's happily running Windows 98 and 2000 and does the day to day things quite well.

Supra is my dad's computer now, handed down from my sister who inherited my old PC. It's an old Pentium 133 with all the hand-me-down parts. It's quite slow compared to my other PC's, but can still do normal things quite well. My dad uses it mainly for browsing and doing writing Chinese.

All the pictures above were taken with my Canon digital camera. It's 2 Megapixels (1600x1200) and it has pretty good picture quality. I never used to take many pictures because it was a hassel to develop, but now I take it along with me almost everywhere I go. It's lots of fun!
I got a 30MB compact flash card for it, so it can hold 49 high quality pictures. Of course the battery probably won't last that long with the LCD display turned on. I got this Compact Flash PCMCIA adapter so I can plug the memory card right into my laptop and use it as a hard drive. I can access my pictures as regular JPEGs so that is really cool, no need for the dangly USB cable!
Palm V
Not really sure why I bought this thing, I guess I have a weak spot for cool looking gadets. The Palm V looks really slick, it makes all the other Palms look bulky and cheap (I used to have a boxy Palm Pilot Personal). I guess I really should use it more since I bought it, but I find it a pain to write in Grafitti with that tiny little stylus and I can't get myself in the habit of pulling it out everyday to check my appointments and todos. Oh well, it still looks pretty cool :)
